Hollander Hill Estates, as the homes are collectively known, were four homes built on a private cul-de-sac raised slightly above Raritan Rd. The homes themselves were each custom built to suit the home owner and are roughly 3,200-3,800 square ft in size. Each home was built on one third to one half an acre of property.
