This Fanwood New Jersey addition
and renovation project had Daunno Development add
roughly 1000 square feet to this split level home.
The project was comprised of a vaulted family room
addition with cultured stone fireplace, a new
custom kitchen, and a dining room and living room
expansion on the first floor. We also put a new
full bathroom on the ground level and finished the
basement.
On
the exterior, we re-built the front stoop, added a
covered portico, re-roofed and re-sided the entire
home, and added a small rear grill deck. Now
complete, the home maintains the integrity of the
neighborhood, but gives the owner a more modern,
open living environment.

This Scotch Plains, New Jersey
add-a-level project, designed by Roger
Winkle of First Floor Design
Group in Plainfield, had Daunno
Development adding a new second floor to a Cape
Cod style home.
Now
complete, the second floor features a master
bedroom and bathroom suite with an extraordinarily
