Dear
Rudolph,
I
am proud to announce that my youngest son,
Spencer, has  graduated from Rider
University with a Bachelors degree in Liberal Arts
and joined the rest of my family here at Daunno
Development. While he still has a lot to learn, he
is being trained to become an on site Construction
Project Manager. Spencer also has aspirations of
getting a Real Estate Sales License and working
with Daunno Realty in the future. I wish him the
best in both endeavors.
As always, I continue to ask
my family, friends, and business associates to
keep us in mind in the coming months. While
we continue to stay busy, we are always
looking for new business opportunities and we want
to remind any potential customer that it is never
too early to start planning a new home or

to Believe its the same home!
This Clark, New
Jersey addition and add-a-level project saw Daunno
Development gut the entire home and transform a
small ranch into a beautiful Colonial with Hardie
Plank siding and Cultured stone.
The project
included the addition of a 2 car garage to the
right of the home and designing a new family room
on the first floor. On the second floor, we
created a master bedroom / bathroom suite with his
and hers walk in closets, three additional
bedrooms, and a main hall bath. Definitely a home
fit for a

A
Truly "Certified Kitchen!"
This
Scotch Plains, New Jersey renovation project is
one of the more interesting jobs Daunno
Development has taken on. Working hand in hand
with the homeowner and Certified Kitchens of
Edison, we created a 15 x 60 foot kitchen with a
full bathroom and seating room for 28.
Now
complete, the kitchen features a wet bar with a
sink shaped like a martini glass, a professional
range, multiple dishwashers, a tray ceiling in the
dining area, and a unique look sure to
impress!

Union
NJ Add-A-Level!
 
This Union, New Jersey
Add-A-Level construction project saw Daunno
Development ripping the roof off of a traditional
Cape Cod and adding four bedrooms and two
bathrooms to the second floor of the home. We also
re-roofed and re-sided the entire home, added new
Anderson windows to the second floor, and helped
renovate the breakfast nook on the first
floor.

Prospect Street is a three story rear addition and
remodeling job located in Westfield, New Jersey.
When complete, the work will consist of three new
