this addition / renovation project, we decided

Before and After 50
Dogwood
50 Dogwood Lane was one of the more
interesting projects Daunno has taken on. First,
we gutted three bathrooms, added a new HVAC
system, and remodeled their kitchen. Then we
added a 300 square foot, second story enclosed
porch with a functional fireplace, AZEK trim and
screened windows to create the ultimate outdoor
retreat. |

Clifton St
At 506 Clifton Street Daunno Development
was able to help the Krakauer family
transform this older home into a
stately center hall colonial. The first floor
now features a two story entrence foyer, a
gourmet kitchen and a sprawling family room that
leads out to a serene covered porch. The second
floor boasts a new master bedroom / bathroom
suite with 2 walk in closets, adjoining laundry
room, and second level balcony looking out over
the
pool. |
