This new home construction project in Westfield New Jersey was made up of 8000 breath taking finished square feet. The design includes 5 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, and a custom trim package to die for! The home itself included two 75 galloon hot water heaters, 5 zones of HVAC, and a 300 amp underground electric service. The interior included a master bedroom / bathroom suite that looked out over a stunning pool with rock waterfalls, 2 fireplaces, and separate maid’s quarters located in the finished basement portion of the home.
