This Clark New Jersey Complete Home Makeover project is the latest example of Daunno’s Triple Play Program. First, Rudy Daunno III helped the family purchase the home. Then, Daunno Development’s in house engineer Brandon Daunno came up with a design. Finally, Daunno Realty Services helped the homeowner market and sell their current home.
In the meantime, David Bailey of Forefront Designs in Westfield completed the architecture and helped and worked hand in hand with Daunno Development to bring the home to life. Now complete, we have taken this dated ranch down to the studs and transformed the home into a 4 bedroom, 2 ½ bathroom center hall colonial with a large eat in kitchen, a formal dining room, and a stunning 22 x 28 foot family room with a vaulted ceiling. Other amenities include a master bedroom suite with spa style shower, a jack and jill bathroom for the kids, and a second floor laundry room. What a stunner!
